The Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man. On Sunday, November 2, at about 3:30 in the afternoon, William Starr, 65 years old, a white male adult, 5 feet 6 inches, 195 pounds, left his residence 58000 block Stearman Road, Landers, in his 1986 Gold Mercedes Benz (license #2CYL999). Starr has not returned and has not called his wife. Starr has early onset of Alzheimer’s and has short term memory loss. Starr has been reported as a missing person.
