The Town of Yucca Valley plans to widen the shoulder on Yucca Trail between Warren Vista Avenue and Palomar Avenue. The project will widen traffic lanes to 12 feet in both directions, widen the shoulder by eight feet in both directions, and add left-turn pockets at intersections. In addition, Palomar/Avalon Avenue will be widened at Warren Vista and left-turn lanes will be added. The public is invited to attend a public outreach session Wednesday, October 2, starting at 6 p.m. in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
