In order to be named a seller representative specialist, he had to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation and pass an exam, meet experience requirements and subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics. Patel has been a real estate agent since 2009 and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Roadrunner since 2011. Patel has earned other honors, including being the top producing agent for 2013 and 2014.
