Construction for Project Phoenix has begun in downtown Twentynine Palms. During construction, there is public parking available along Highway 62, in the parking lot between Tamarisk and Desert Queen Avenues, or the parking lot between Adobe Road and Cholla Avenue. Businesses should coordinate with the city of Twentynine Palms for deliveries; call 760-367-6799.
