PRESIDENT SIGNS BILL RENAMING TWENTYNINE PALMS POST OFFICE FOR MAC DUBE

Congressman Paul Cook’s bill to rename the Twentynine Palms Post Office in honor of Col. Mac Dube has been signed by the President. Cook, from Yucca Valley, said, “I am pleased to honor Mac’s legacy by renaming the post office in his honor. Mac served his nation honorably and left a legacy for all those who come after him. He’ll always be remembered in Twentynine Palms for his hard work, dedication, and patriotism.” The Bill, HR 5331, renames the post office at 73839 Gorgonio Drive, as “The “Colonel M.J. ‘Mac’ Dube, USMC” Post Office Building.
