Drugs can be a dangerous thing; even pill prescriptions can be misused or abused. Help prevent that by disposing of your potentially dangerous drugs, no questions asked. On April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give you an opportunity to get rid of any expired, unused, or unwanted prescription drugs by bringing them to a designated site. Last September, Americans turned in 244 tons of prescription drugs to the DEA sites. Search your house for any prescription drugs and help keep your family safe from old or expired drugs. You can dispose of your drugs at the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Department. For more information call 909-387-3700.
