Several school sites in the Morongo Unified School District experienced power outages early this morning. According to Interim Superintendent Doug Weller, the only school site still without power is Palm Vista Elementary School, which will not host any Summer activities today. All other school sites, as well as the district office, have power and are currently operating without issue. There is currently no scheduled reopening time for Palm Vista. Z107.7 will provide updates as they become available.
