In post-season tennis action, the Lady Trojans host Patriot High School from Riverside at 2 p.m. today. They also finished in second in the DVL. Individual tournament play begins in the middle of November.
Looking back at a remarkable fall sports record, Yucca Valley High School Principal Justin Monical said with the finishes of the cross-country team this past Saturday, the Trojans have secured playoff appearances for every fall sports program. The Yucca Valley High School sports program had the highest average place finish of all Desert Valley League schools.
