PORTABLE TOILETS STOLEN IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

Twelve portable toilets were stolen sometime since mid-May, without even leaving any skid marks as to their new location. According to a Sheriff’s report, a black Explorer flat trailer, with 12 portable toilets on it, was left stored behind a locked fenced area off of Brant Crossing Road in Twentynine Palms. The trailer and toilets were last seen May 17; the owner noticed June 1 they were missing, and reported them stolen Wednesday morning. The owner said the two-axle trailer and toilets were behind a 6-foot fence, and the thieves damaged the fence’s gate during the burglary. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s department at 760-366-4175.
