A Pioneertown man was arrested Monday after he allegedly beat up his elderly neighbor. About 11:10 a.m. Dean Kee, 41, went over to his neighbor’s house in the 51500 block of Chateau Road to talk. When the neighbor told Kee that he was wrong and he didn’t want to talk, Kee responded by punching the victim in the stomach, pushing him over a generator, and then pouring beer on his face. Dean Kee was arrested for investigation of elder abuse and for a probation violation, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, and is being held without bail.
