A renowned classical pianist will give a solo concert to benefit Reach Out Morongo Basin. Richard Bishop of Yucca Valley has his master’s degree from Julliard School of Music, and has performed with Isaac Stern and Itzhak Perlman, and in concert halls in Russia, Asia, Brazil, and the United States. Bishop will play Mozart, Beethoven, Gershwin, Debussy, and Chopin during the concert, which is set for 2 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at Desert Hills Presbyterian Church, 56750 Mountain View Trail in Yucca Valley.
