Joshua Tree National Park has been having trouble with phones since the beginning of August. Phones at the Oasis of Mara Visitor Center, Twentynine Palms Headquarters, and the Black Rock Education Center cannot receive incoming calls from the public. The park apologizes for this inconvenience and asks visitors to contact the Joshua Tree Visitor Center at 760-366-1855 if they have questions or need assistance. Teachers and school groups wanting to schedule programs for the coming year are asked to contact Education Specialist Lorna Lange at [email protected]. Information can also be obtained from the Joshua Tree website at nps.gov/jotr.
