A project to rehabilitate the pavement on State Route 62 (SR-62) in Joshua Tree will continue this week. The project will grind the existing roadway and replace with new material to ensure longevity of the route. During construction, there will be lane closures. The lane closures will take place from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. through Friday, May 3. The project is expected to be complete late August of this year.
