The 2019 Miss Yucca Valley Scholarship Pageant is this Saturday (February 9) at 6 p.m. in the Joshua Springs Thunderdome. Today we meet three more of the 11 contestants. Kylie Felan would like to be a lawyer as her career choice. If chosen Miss Yucca Valley, Kylie would like to be a good role model to little girls. Nellie Gutierrez’s career goal is to become a pediatric surgeon. If chosen Miss Yucca Valley, Nellie would like to get more involved in the community. Kenya Humphrey plans on attending a four-year university and having a career in modeling. If chosen Miss Yucca Valley, Kenya would like to help Yucca Valley become greener and a more kid-friendly place. Tickets for the pageant will be available at the door.
