While Yucca Valley prohibits Marijuana Dispensaries, Palm Springs will get another dispensary after a 4-1 vote Wednesday night by the City Council that paves the way for a fourth dispensary within city limits. Besides approving a comprehensive regulatory program that adds a fourth dispensary, the council also approved measures that require quality testing of the marijuana and allows the shops to take cash and operate on Sunday.
