Bring out your inner artist! The Desert Institute at Joshua Tree National Park is introducing residents to oil, watercolor, and clayboard painting and drawing! Learn to re-create botanicals and historic sites found in the park by working directly with instructors and the serene landscapes. Taking advantage of the morning light, most classes begin early, between 7 and 8 A.M. and are $60 for members – $70 nonmembers. Beginning Saturday, October 4 and continuing on various weekends through November 16, be sure to sign up before spaces are filled!
