Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday afternoon after he was found riding a stolen off-highway vehicle. Neighbors near Mesquite Springs Road and Indian Trail complained to the Sheriff’s Department that several quads and a large pick-up truck were riding on their private road. After the resident asked the off-roaders to leave, they started doing donuts in the 1000 block of Morongo Road and tearing up the road. The deputy determined that Paul Termini, 46, had purchased and was driving an off-highway vehicle that had been reported stolen. After investigation, Paul Termini was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
