The Yucca Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church will screen the documentary, “Back to Eden”tonight. This documentary follows Paul Gautschi as he teaches sustainable organic growing methods that are capable of being implemented in diverse climates around the world. It’s time to plant fall gardens in the high desert and the techniques that Gautschi uses will be helpful to make your garden all it can be. The film will be shown tonight (Tuesday, October 15) at 6 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 8035 Church Street, Yucca Valley. This month’s meal will be a potluck so please bring a ready-to-serve vegetarian or vegan dish to share with approximately 25-30 people. Dinner is at 6 p.m. Bring the recipe for your dish and they will copy it for those who want one.
