Three California artists with links to the High Desert will be exploring “The Grid” in an upcoming exhibit at the Joshua Tree Art Gallery (JTAG). “Three Sisters: Off the Grid” will feature the work of Joshua Tree painter Judy Wold, and her sisters-in-law, textile artist Martha Wold Cornwall, and painter Mary Wold Souza. An opening reception will be Saturday, April 8, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. An Artist Talks event, in which each artist will discuss her work and inspiration, will be held at the Gallery on Saturday May 6, from noon to 1 pm, just prior to the show closing.
