On Tuesday, June 10, at 5:15 p.m., the City of Twentynine Palms will host an open house at the Senior Citizen Center. The Mayor and City Council members will be on hand to recognize and thank all the businesses and local citizens that volunteered their time and funds to help remodel the center for the veterans and seniors who use the facility daily. The open house will last for approximately one hour, and light refreshments will be served. The Senior Center is located at 6539 Adobe Road, across from the Fire Station and the MBTA Transit Center in downtown Twentynine Palms.
