Football coaches and players from the College of the Desert will hold a football camp for youth ages 6 to 18 aboard the Marine Corps Base. The camp will be held 4:30 to 8:30 Friday (June 14) and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 Saturday (June 15). This camp is open to all youth, not just military dependents. Registration will be taken through Thursday at the Community Center, Building 1004 on board the base, and the camp will be held at Felix Field. The cost is $35 for base-authorized patrons and $60 for off-base participants, and includes a T-shirt and lunch on Saturday. For more information call 760-830-8421.
