At tonight’s special meeting, the board will discuss a potential Brown Act violation that resulted from a portion of the board’s February 17 closed-session meeting being broadcast to the public. The board will also discuss reopening the CSD Office and Covington Park with new CDC guidelines, then adjourn to closed session to conduct a public employee performance evaluation with Director of Operations Gary Yearsley. Lastly, the board will take action on alleged back pay owed to Yearsley. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. via Zoom phone conference.
