One man was injured Sunday morning when the OHV he was riding crashed in Johnson Valley. Firefighters from Yucca Mesa, Yucca Valley, and Lucerne Valley were called to the OHV area near Boone Road and Barnes Road about 10:30 a.m. When they arrived, they found a man waiting for them with an injured arm. They called for a helicopter from Mercy Air who transported the victim to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs.
