A Corona man was arrested over the weekend, accused of running a chop shop in Landers. About 9 a.m. Friday (April 10), Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report that a property in Landers had multiple vehicles on it and looked like a junkyard. The report also claimed that some of the vehicles seen on the property were recently reported as stolen. After investigation, Edward Ouji, 26, of Corona, was arrested, accused of possessing stolen property, weapons, controlled substances, and running a chop shop. Edward Ouji was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $75,000.
