ONE ARREST AFTER A BRAWL AT WALMART

A brawl inside Walmart Saturday evening resulted in an arrest of a Yucca Valley man. About 9:40 p.m., deputies were called to the store by security who said four boys and a man, identified as Aaron Lopez, 22, were fighting and chasing each other inside the store. During the fight, Lopez was said to have pulled out a knife and threatened the victims with it. Walmart security detained Lopez until deputies arrived. Aaron Lopez was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center where he was treated for an unspecified injury. Lopez was then booked into the Central Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
