The Old Schoolhouse Museum in Twentynine Palms may be closed due to the state’s shutdown order, but its gift shop is open. The gift shop offers Howard Pierce ceramics, sun purple glass, local arts and crafts, and books and items of local interest. The gift shop is open 1 to 4 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And once the museum re-opens, be sure to see its newest exhibit on local artist Noble Richardson.
