Oasis Elementary School in Twentynine Palms will hold a fall festival and haunted library Thursday, October 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. There will be games and food as well. Tickets to the haunted library are $2. The event is sponsored by the Twentynine Palms High School music boosters and the Oasis Parent-Teacher Organization. Oasis Elementary is located at 73175 El Paseo Drive.
