Free nutrition classes will be offered by Reach Out Yucca Valley at the Joshua Tree Parks and Rec center. Participants will learn healthy eating habits for the whole family, along with tips to kick start at healthy lifestyle. The classes will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 19, 21, 23, 26, and 28.
