Theatre 29 garnered 12 total nominations for DTL awards.
- The musical “Oklahoma” has three nods: Charles Harvey for directing; Kathryn Ferguson for musical direction; and lead actor, Scott Clinkscales.
- The staged reading of “A Twisted Christmas Carol” also has three: for director Gary Daigneault and lead actors Charles Harvey and Cindy Daigneault.
- Eddie Tucker gets a nod for directing the comedy “Harvey.”
- Carly Bateman for Outstanding Juvenile in the title role of the musical “Annie.”
- “The Murder Room” has two supporting actress nominees: Marty Neider and Ashley Collins.
- Earl Childs is up for supporting actor in the comedy “A Bad Year for Tomatoes” and singer Robin Wilson for lead performer in the cabaret “Mis-Cast: Part Deux.”
The Groves Cabin Theatre has 13 total DTL nominations.
- For the one act “Shock of Recognition,” director Cheryl McGuire and lead actor Abe Daniels are nominated.
- For Outstanding Production of a Drama, “Pie in the Sky” is nominated, as well as its director, Rebecca Havely and actresses Joy Groves and Vicky Montgomery.
- For Overall Production of a One Act, “I’m Herbert” is nominated, as well as its director Cheryl McGuire and both lead actors Joy Groves and Les Taylor.
- “American Buffalo” is up for outstanding direction by Abe Daniels, supporting actor Aidan Bosworth and sound design by Frances Wright.
