Nominations are being sought for the 27th annual San Bernardino County Education Medal of Honor awards. Here’s reporter Andrew Dieleman with the details…
The County Education Medal of Honor awards recognize volunteers, business and government partners, educators, and alumni who have made outstanding contributions to public education. Nominations are available in six categories: two Volunteer in Action awards for Community Volunteers and Service Groups, two Partners in Education awards for Small Businesses and Government Agencies, and two Excellence in Education awards for Education Professionals and Student Alumni. Nominees must have made a lasting contribution or created support for education in the community. All entries must be received by February 20.
