The Twentynine Palms Water District Board of Directors held a special closed session meeting yesterday in which the two items of business were a discipline/dismissal/release of an employee, and a performance evaluation of Fire Chief Jim Thompson. General Manager Ray Kolisz said the board came out of closed session with nothing to report.
