The meeting of the Twentynine Palms Planning Commission on April 16 begins with the swearing-in of newly-appointed members, and the election of a new chair and vice-chair. Last week, the City Council appointed Robert Fleck and B.K. Wiederhold to new four- year terms on the Planning Commission, and appointed Carey Alderson and Bill Easter—whose terms had expired—to replace Commissioners Richard Banneck and Pamela Carmichael for the remainder of their terms.
