The Copper Mountain College Board of Trustees will meet in regular session tomorrow (January 13) in the Community Room of the Bell Center, with closed session beginning at 2:30 and open session beginning at 3:00 p.m. During the open session, the newly reorganized board will review the college mission statement, as well as updating the district authorization list held on file with the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Public Schools. The board will also honor the legacy of Cathy Larson as part of the college’s twentieth-anniversary celebration for her work as President and Executive Board Member of the CMC Foundation. Later in the meeting, the board will vote to approve a partnership with Inspire Diagnostics to provide on-site COVID-19 testing to students, faculty, and staff at no cost. The trustees will also vote on the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic calendars, which have been updated with minor corrections.
