Due to construction on Highway 62, the route for the 64th annual Grubstake Days parade has changed. Participants will line up on the corner of Church Street and Onaga Trail and proceed east down Onaga Trail to the high school on the corner of Onaga and Sage. After the parade ends, some floats will go on to the Home and Garden Show and Community Fair at the Boys and Girls Club and Brehm Youth Sports Park on Little League Drive. The parade starts at 10 a.m. This year’s theme is “Honoring All Those Who Serve.” Spectators should bring chairs and umbrellas for shade.
