San Bernardino County Fire STation 36 in Joshua Tree will hold an open house on Saturday (October 29). This event, held from 9 a.m to noon, will allow members of the community to tour the local fire station and meet local firefighters. There will also be a dedication ceremony for a brand new fire engine that will serve Joshua Tree and the greater Morongo Basin, at 10 a.m. This is a 2022 KME Type 1 Fire Engine, and will be known as Medic Engine 36. Also appearing at the open house will be Ginnie, San Bernardino Count Fire’s Arson Dog.
San Bernardino County Fire Station 36 is located at 6175 Park Blvd in Joshua Tree.
