The show theme, “Trails,” celebrates the great outdoors in Joshua Tree National Park, the Mojave Trails National Monument, and other local desert areas and is expressed in painting, photography, mixed media, and 3-dimensional artwork by numerous desert artists. The show will be on display through October 1. The Twentynine Palms visitor center is open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays-Sundays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 73484 29 Palms Hwy.
