Tortoise Rock Casino concludes its July concerts featuring tribute bands with a free concert Friday, July 31. Friday’s concert will feature Neil Deal, who honors the career and music by the legendary Neil Young. Concert-goers will enjoy memorable songs like “Heart of Gold,” “Old Man,” and “Rockin’ in the Free World.” All concerts are free, are held on the outdoor stage, and start at 8 p.m. The casino’s free concert series will continue through October with more bands.
