This correction to a story we aired (yesterday) Monday due to incorrect information we received from Joshua Tree National Park. The 49 Palms Oasis Trail will be closed from sunset today (Tuesday, September 25) to noon on Wednesday, September 26 in order for aerial search operations to be performed for a missing Canadian hiker. Paul Miller was last seen July 14 and his car was found in the parking lot of the 49 Palms Oasis Trail. Despite extensive searches, he has not been located.
