The Morongo Basin will join communities across the country for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2. This will be the first time any communities in the Hi-Desert have participated in National Night Out which is a community-building campaign that promotes police-community
partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. The hope is that the effort will make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. Bring the family to the Walmart parking lot between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. for free food, games and activities, giveaways and information on crime prevention and safety. Your participation helps send the message that Morongo Basin neighborhoods are organized to fight crime.
