The County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the Twentynine Palms Marine who was killed in a roll-over crash on Amboy Road Saturday morning. Kirk Gadsby, 25, of Mariposa, was driving a Ford Expedition northbound on Amboy Road east of Twentynine Palms, when he lost control, and the Expedition rolled over several times into the open desert. A passing motorist spotted the damaged vehicle about 6:30 a.m. and notified CHP. Kirk Gadsby was pronounced deceased at the scene.
