MVCSD holding special meeting to discuss Morongo Valley Sports League waiver

The Morongo Valley Community Services District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting tonight in Covington Park’s Mesquite Room. With only one item in new business on the agenda, the Board will discuss a waiver for the Morongo Valley Sports League that requires participants (or guardians of minors) to assume all risks associated with the activity, including injury, illness, or death, and releases the agency from liability even in cases of negligence. 

The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at 11165 Vale Dr. in Morongo Valley, open to the public. The next regular MVCSD meeting will take place on April 15.
