Morongo Unified School District will be holding a drive through backpack and food giveaway on Friday, August 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Joshua Tree Elementary School, located at 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
The back to school event, held in partnership with the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County, and the Joshua Tree Sportsman’s Club, is open to all Morongo Basin students. Your student must be present on the day of the event to receive a backpack. Registration forms will also be provided at the event
