Graduation season is here for the Morongo Unified School District, and as Z107.7 congratulates all those completing their high school education, we will take this opportunity to pass on a message from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Black Rock High School celebrated last night (June 5), Yucca Valley High School holds its graduation ceremony tomorrow night (June 7), and Twentynine Palms High School holds its ceremony on Thursday (June 8). And with graduations comes parties, and unfortunately sometimes, intoxicated driving.
The Morongo Basin Station has told Z107.7 that the station has substantially increased staffing for DUI enforcement this week. We encourage all teens and adults to celebrate their academic success responsibly. If you see a possibly intoxicated driver on the road, for your safety and the safety of everyone else, dial 911.
