The Morongo Unified School District and Copper Mountain College Boards of Trustees met in a special joint session last night (March 8) at Joshua Tree Elementary School at 5:00 p.m. With roughly a quarter of graduating seniors in the district attending CMC each year, the boards continued to build upon a record of collaboration. They discussed financial support available for graduating high school seniors, as well as Career Technical Education opportunities at the college. In addition, information was presented about the college’s credentialing program in Transitional Kindergarten and observational hours which the college offers to MUSD employees.
