The closing night of the Twentynine Palms High School Drama Club’s audience-participation murder-mystery production, “Murder by Magic,” is tonight. This interactive performance has the audience help solve the murder of a magician’s wife. The magician killed himself as well and both souls haunt the high school. While attempting to reach the spirits through a séance another murder is committed before your eyes. Your task is to find clues and interview suspects to determine who the killer is. Act 2 reveals who-done-it. The winner receives a prize. Arrive 45 minutes before show time to meet the performers, get additional background information, have your fortunes told, and have your psychic ability assessed for potential inclusion in the séance on stage. Curtain time is 7 p.m. Tickets at the door are $10 general admission, $8 for students with ASB, seniors and military.
