The Municipal Advisory Committee’s Land Use Committee will take a field trip Monday morning to inspect the area for the proposed 248- home gated community, (known as the Alta Mira Project) in Joshua Tree. They will meet at 9 a.m. Monday on Alta Loma Drive just west of Friendly Hills Elementary School on the north side of the street. After the inspection, the committee will go back to the County Building for a short meeting and discussion. The public is invited to attend the field trip and join them for discussion and input.
