Motorcyclist killed in collision in Yucca Valley on Wednesday (11/13)

A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision in Yucca Valley yesterday (November 13).

Just before 8:30 yesterday morning, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a traffic collision near the intersection of Onaga Trail and Elata Ave in Yucca Valley. The Sheriff’s department said that there was a collision involving a motorcycle and a truck, but further details were not available as of this morning.

Responding deputies performed life-saving measures on the motorcycle rider, and he was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree where he was pronounced dead.

The motorcycle rider was identified by the coroner as David Valdez, a 45year-old resident of Yucca Valley.
