A 42-year-old Twentynine Palms motorcycle rider was injured in a crash with a car Monday (March 8) morning. According to the Sheriff’s Department, the motorcyclist broadsided a Kia sedan at the intersection of Hatch Road and Del Sol in Twentynine Palms about 9:45 a.m. The man was thrown from the bike, but he was conscious and alert when first responders arrived. The victim was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center. The driver of the Kia was not injured.
