About 5:45 p.m. Sunday, a female motorcycle rider crashed her bike on Ironage Road in Wonder Valley. Stacy Smalling, 37, of Yucaipa, was riding her Yamaha motorcycle northbound on Ironage Road at 30 to 35 miles per hour when she hit a patch of soft sand and lost control. She was thrown from the bike and suffered moderate injuries, and was flown by Mercy Air to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs.
