A wide turn onto a road led to a collision between a motorcycle and car Friday night. About 9:10 p.m., a woman was driving a Neon car southbound on Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms. As she made a right turn onto Amboy Road, she turned too wide and went into the eastbound lane where a motorcycle was traveling. The motorcycle rider attempted to avoid the car, but the two vehicles collided. The rider was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center, but responding firefighters said nothing appeared to be broken.
